Hetzner hosting in Finland

Hetzner hosts the main Levomio application server in Finland, in the European Union. This infrastructure supports running the service and storing the files and records needed for processing, accounts, and technical operation. Server location is separate from the locations used by Cloudflare, Google, Paddle, email, or any separately configured backups. It is not a promise that every copy or processing activity stays in Finland.

Cloudflare DNS and network services

Cloudflare provides DNS and helps deliver and protect website traffic. For traffic routed through its proxy, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request URLs and headers, browser information, security events, and the content transmitted through its network as needed to provide those services. The information involved depends on the features and settings in use. Cloudflare operates a global network, so its processing is not necessarily limited to Finland or the European Union. These network and security functions are separate from optional Google Analytics consent.

Google Sign-In

Google Identity Services provides sign-in and may display a One Tap prompt on public pages. The browser may contact Google to load or show this feature independently of your analytics choice. If you sign in, Google provides identifiers, your email address, name, profile image, and information needed to verify the sign-in. Profile images may be loaded from Google. This integration serves authentication, not optional analytics.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand site visits. It loads only after you accept optional analytics. It can process browser identifiers, device and browser information, and page visit events. Our page events exclude URL query strings, download access tokens, names, email addresses, and payment references. Advertising signals and personalisation are disabled. You can turn analytics off using Cookie settings on the Cookies and storage page. This stops future collection by the site and clears accessible first-party GA cookies, but does not automatically erase information already received by Google.

Paddle payments

Payments are temporarily unavailable. Where Paddle checkout is available, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for purchases and handles payment details, transaction administration, taxes where applicable, and payment support. We receive purchase and subscription references and status information needed to provide the purchased features. Paddle has its own buyer terms, refund rules, and privacy policy; no purchase is created merely by reading this page.

Hosting and communications

Hetzner and Cloudflare support the technical functions described above. An email provider handles messages you choose to send us, which can include your email address, message, and attachments. Providers, services, and configurations may change; contact us with specific questions about recipients, processing locations, or transfers.

External policies and your choices

External sites and services have their own terms and may process information under their own responsibilities. Read the relevant provider information before using an optional integration. Google Sign-In and payment functions are separate from optional analytics consent. Our Privacy policy and Cookies and storage page explain the parts operated by Levomio. This page does not claim that every provider has the same privacy practices or that all data stays in one country.
