Cookies and storage
This page explains the cookies and browser storage used by Levomio, and how to control optional Google Analytics.
Last updated: 26 October 2026. Analytics choice notice version: 1.
Necessary storage
The levomio_session cookie supports sign-in, security, guest tasks, and usage limits. Temporary sessionStorage can keep a selected billing period or a checkout recovery reference while a requested payment flow is available. Task URLs contain access tokens used to recover tasks and downloads. Files waiting to upload are held in this tab’s memory. These functions do not depend on analytics consent.
Your preferences
The levomio_locale and levomio_theme cookies remember language and appearance for up to one year. Appearance also uses local storage. These preferences are saved in your account and restored after sign-in. They are separate from Google Analytics.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is supplied by Google and loads only after you accept analytics. It can process browser identifiers, device and browser information, and page visit events. This is pseudonymous information, not fully anonymous data. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. The _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and sessions and can last up to two years under Google’s default settings. Our page events omit URL queries, fragments, names, email addresses, payment references and download access tokens.
Saving your choice
The first-party localStorage entry levomio.cookieConsent records your analytics choice, the notice version and the time of the choice and expiry. Your choice is valid for 180 days, then we ask again. An expired choice never enables analytics. The browser record remains until it is replaced or you clear site data. Dev and production keep separate choices. No analytics history is collected before acceptance or replayed afterwards.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Open Cookie settings on this page. Turn off Google Analytics and choose Accept selected. This stops further analytics collection and removes accessible first-party GA cookies without signing you out or reloading your work. An already downloaded script cannot be undone, and requests already sent cannot be recalled. Withdrawal does not automatically erase data Google already received; contact us about a data request.
Browser controls
You can also clear or block cookies and site storage in your browser. Doing so may sign you out, reset preferences, or interrupt task recovery. Your analytics choice applies to this browser and site origin; another browser or device needs its own choice. Clearing the choice record causes us to ask again. Keep task and download links private.
Other services
This control covers Google Analytics. Google Sign-In, including an automatic One Tap prompt on public pages, and Paddle checkout have separate purposes and may contact their providers independently of this analytics choice. Necessary site operation and requested preferences continue after rejection.
