Privacy policy
This policy explains how Levomio handles information when you use our website, image and PDF tools, account features, and support.

Who this policy covers
This policy covers data handled for the operation of Levomio. For privacy questions or requests about your information, use our Contact page. External providers also have their own privacy policies for the services they provide.
Information we handle
Files and tasks: files you upload, filenames, file types and sizes, technical metadata, previews, processing settings, results, and task identifiers. A file may contain personal information about you or other people. Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive account identifiers, your email address, name, profile image, and information needed to verify your sign-in. Technical information: session identifiers, IP addresses, browser and request information, usage limits, errors, and security records. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message. Where paid features are available, billing records can include customer, transaction and subscription references, payment status, and the plan purchased. Payment card details are entered through the payment provider rather than a Levomio card form.
Why we use information
We use information to process your files, provide downloads, manage accounts and requested settings, apply usage limits, respond to messages, and operate and protect the service. Billing information is used to manage purchases and related records where applicable. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing the service you request, our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable service where those interests are not overridden by your rights, consent for optional analytics, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the tools.
Temporary files and retention
Levomio is a processing service, not permanent file storage. Unstarted tasks normally expire one hour after creation or the latest successful upload. Finished tasks and results normally remain accessible for two hours after processing finishes. Access ends when a task expires; physical cleanup runs in the background and can take longer. Processing tasks follow their processing lifecycle rather than the ordinary draft expiry. These time limits do not mean that every record is erased at the same time. Account, usage, transaction, support, security, and recovery records may remain for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, legal obligations, resolving disputes, or preventing abuse. Retention depends on the type of information and the applicable requirements. Keep your own copies of files you need.
Cookies and your choices
Necessary storage supports sessions, security, and requested actions. Language and appearance settings remember choices you make. Optional Google Analytics is off until you accept it. You can change or withdraw that choice using Cookie settings on the Cookies and storage page. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection by the site; it does not recall information already sent to Google.
Cookies and storageYour information and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests through Contact and explain the information or account concerned. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity or clarify the request. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or dispute-related reasons. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
Security and your files
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted access. Upload only information you are entitled to use and share with a processing service. Avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless you have assessed whether the service is suitable for that use.
Children and policy updates
Levomio is not specifically directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us. We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date on this page identifies the latest version. Where additional notice or consent is required by law, those requirements apply.
