Using Levomio

Levomio provides tools for compressing and converting files and creating PDFs from images. Features, supported formats, and usage limits are shown in the service. Some features may require an account or a paid plan. No payment is required unless you choose an available paid offer and complete its checkout. Payments are temporarily unavailable at present.

Your account

Provide accurate information and keep access to your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. If you use Levomio for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.

Your files and permissions

You keep the rights you hold in your files. You give Levomio the limited permission needed to receive, store temporarily, process, and return them as part of the service. Uploading a file does not transfer ownership to us. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to upload and process a file, including any personal information it contains. Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, malware, unauthorised access, bypassing limits, or activity that disrupts the service or harms others.

Results and temporary availability

Compression and conversion may alter image quality, colour, metadata, layout, or file features. Check results before relying on or sharing them, and keep your originals. We do not promise that every file will become smaller or that every format or file feature will be preserved. Files and download links are temporary. Finished tasks normally expire two hours after processing; unstarted tasks have a shorter expiry. Processing, cleanup, or technical issues may affect availability. Levomio is not a backup or permanent storage service, and we do not undertake to restore expired files.

Paid features and subscriptions

Where paid purchases are available, the price, currency, billing period, included features, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. A recurring subscription renews on the basis disclosed at checkout until cancelled. Changes to paid terms or renewal prices are subject to the notices and consent required by applicable law. Purchases through Paddle are sold and billed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle Buyer Terms govern the payment transaction, alongside these terms for using Levomio. Use the subscription management link provided with the purchase to cancel, or contact Levomio support. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal and leaves access until the end of the paid period, subject to any applicable refund or statutory rights.

Refunds and withdrawal

Our Refund Policy applies to subscription payments, renewals and credit packages. It explains the technical guarantee, incorrect charges, cancellation, refund amounts and how to contact Levomio to request a refund. Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. The deadlines in our additional technical guarantee do not shorten statutory rights or additional rights provided by the seller’s terms.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, change, or discontinue features, and interruptions or processing failures can occur. Except for commitments expressly made with a paid offer or required by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of continuous access, error-free results, or suitability for a particular purpose. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally required, notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue will be provided. Changes or restrictions do not remove rights already acquired for a paid service.

Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Levomio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by your failure to keep copies or check results. These limits apply only where lawful and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections, remedies for a service that does not conform to the contract, or other non-waivable rights. Third-party terms do not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on Levomio.

Questions, disputes, and updates

Contact us about problems with the service so we can try to resolve them. You retain any right to use a competent court, regulator, or other dispute-resolution process available under applicable law. We may revise these terms for future use of the service. Material changes affecting an existing paid service are subject to any notice, consent, cancellation, or refund rights required by law. The update date is shown on this page. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
